1. ACCEPTANCE

By accessing any products, software, training, or community operated by Klicks To Clients LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our”), you (“User,” “you”) agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. CHANGES

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms. The current version is always available at klickstoclients.com/terms.

3. EARNINGS & PROFESSIONAL DISCLAIMER

We make no guarantees of income, results, or specific outcomes. All content is for educational purposes only and not legal, tax, medical, or financial advice. Consult qualified professionals before acting on any information. You are solely responsible for your decisions and results.

4. HOURS OF OPERATION

Our office hours are Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. ET, excluding U.S. federal holidays (subject to change).

5. FEES, PAYMENTS & SUSPENSION

Custom service fees are agreed in writing before work begins.

Software fees are accepted when you make payment online.

Late or declined payments may result in temporary suspension until the account is current.

6. SUBSCRIPTIONS & REFUNDS

After the applicable window, all sales are final. Excessive or repeat refund requests may be denied. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

7. DONE-FOR-YOU MARKETING SYSTEM

Scope: Ad creative, campaign setup, optimization, landing-page assets, and (if purchased) automated follow-up.

Payment: Due as stated in your onboarding contract.

Early termination: If you cancel before the minimum term ends, remaining fees are immediately due.

8. ACCOUNT DATA

You must provide accurate information and keep it current. We may store and use this data to manage your account and billing.

9. ACCESS TO CONTENT

Downloads and replays are provided as a convenience only; availability is not guaranteed indefinitely. Back up any files you wish to keep.

10. COMMUNITY RULES

• Respectful, professional discourse only.
• No pitching, gated content, or unsolicited DMs.
• Keep shared content confidential.
• Report violations to a moderator.

Three violations → 7-day removal; further violation → permanent ban.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All software, videos, templates, text, graphics, and trademarks are owned by Klicks To Clients LLC or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal/business use only. You may not copy, resell, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or business interruptions arising from your use of our services.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Venue for any dispute is Hernando County, Florida.
